Our Policies and Shipping Methods:

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all our orders of $50 or more within the 50 United States. All the orders are shipped in discrete packaging through FedEx Ground. 
Express shipping is offered at additional charges.

We work from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST and all orders placed before 2 p.m. EST between Monday – Friday are processed and shipped the same day. We encourage all our customers to register their product on our website within 7 days from the date of purchase. This is vital in order to validate the Six Months Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty that comes with your unit. Please refer to the warranty section for additional information.


International Shipping:

Shipping to international destinations is offered with applicable charges. International customers, please contact us directly for your order. Please be advised that if you place an order on our website, we will then contact you via E-Mail for another payment for your shipping charges.


Stratus Six Months Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty:

The warranty is valid for six months starting the date of purchase.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.

All our products come with a Six Months Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. You must register your product within the first 7 days of purchase in order to validate the warranty. The warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects. Any physical damage to the product is not covered under the warranty. 

All the units come with a unique serial number, which can be found on the outside of the box and on the warranty card. The serial number is also engraved inside the unit itself to ensure proper validation of the unit that is being turned in for warranty claims. The warranty will not be honored if the serial number inside the unit itself does not match the serial number that was used at the time of registration. 

Please do not try to open the unit as it will void the warranty.

All units sold at or above the MAP come with a Six Months Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. The units sold below the MAP do not come with a Six Months Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty.

What is covered?
Any manufacturing defect is covered under the warranty. 

What is not covered?
Damages resulting from but not limited to the following: misuse, unreasonable use, neglect, overusing the unit, dropping or otherwise shocking the unit. Accidents, improper use or normal wear and tear or other causes that do not arise from defects in material and/or workmanship are not covered under the warranty. This warranty does not cover accessories or other removable parts such as glass parts and power cable.

Warranty Period:
All the units come with a Six Months Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Terms and Conditions:
1. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. 
2. All units must be registered within 7 days of purchase. 
3. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

In order to register your unit, follow the instructions inside the box. 

Additional Warranty limitations:
Besides the abovementioned circumstances, the warranty will not be honored if you fail to register the unit with the correct serial number and the other information required such as the retailer’s info.

Failed Warranty Policy: 
If you have intentionally damaged the unit or failed to register for warranty, your unit will not be covered under the warranty. However, you may send the unit back to warranty processing center with a check or money order for a new replacement at a discounted price. Return Policy:

At Stratus Shop, we work our customers to provide excellent customer service. We understand that different people have different needs. We offer a 7 days return policy. The unit must be in its original condition and must be returned with its original packaging in order for returns. Return shipping is paid by the customer. A 25% restocking fee will be applied.


Please contact us at vaporitevapes@yahoo.com and type ‘Return’ in the subject. Also, provide us with a reason for return. If it is a manufacturer’s defect, we will work with you to send you a replacement.
